Company Policy

All of our wheels and tires are covered by the manufacturers’ standard warranties. The basic manufacturer warranty on a wheel or tire covers workmanship and materials. This does not cover road hazards. If the problem was caused by the installer, the car, the driver, something in the road, or being driven on a flat, the product is not covered by the warranty. Any damage done to a product after purchase is not covered by warranty. Any defective products are covered. The basic warranty for chrome plated finish is 180 days. If you need to have a wheel replaced under warranty, you can call us for specific warranty info.

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders are charged a 10% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full.

Returns and Refunds

All returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee of total amount + all freight charges incurred unless error on our part. If error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (305) 477-4147 for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, DJ Sound is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. DJ Sound will refund shipping charges only if there was error on our side.

COD and Debit Cards

If you owe COD, the remainder must be paid through cashier's check or money order. Your UPS deliverer will not accept cash, credit, or any other form of payment. If you used a debit card for your purchase, we will charge your credit card the daily limit, until the balance is fulfilled. If you know your credit card daily limit, please let us know the amount in the Remarks box.

Display Program

If you would like to purchase a wheel for display purpose, please note that the wheel is not refundable or returnable. The reason for that is in the past customers would order the same wheel that was sold in there display without even knowing if the manufacture even had the wheel available. Due to that reason please note that wheels due tend to get discontinue with out notice. Please understand that if you purchase wheels for display we highly recommend you to buy a complete set.
